When entering the store we had help straight away of a lovely lady. We had chosen the bed we wanted but the mattress with the bed was out of our price range so she helped us to find one more in budget. Then it didn’t take long at all to process all of the order.

Friendly, competent staff.Good range of choice and reasonable prices.

Suzie was super helpful in assisting us, her product knowledge was second to none and made our overall decision very easy. She couldn’t do enough for us when it came to drinks offering, testing out mattresses and pillows as well as showing us all the bed frames that matched the description we gave her.

The assistant was very helpful, i'am disabled and the girl went out of her way to help. She went looking for goods and asked me over to look, instead of following her around the store with it being difficult for me to walk round the beds.

We visited Dreams 3 times to think about purchasing a new bed & frame. The assistant Becky was very patient and informative as this was a big purchase for us and wanted to get it right. we took her information away with us to mull over and compare to other shops but ended up going back to Dreams as the information received at other shops was not as informative or friendly as Becky's.

Very polite staff, not pushy but helpfull

Excellent quality, knowledgeable assistant and very friendly

We were given the oporunity to lie on the beds, unfortunately the bed which rates what you need was not working properly. We had a coffe and the use of the toilets.

The assistants were friendly and helpful and made it very easy for us to decide what we needed.Both the ladies were very well informed about all the products and were able to answer any questions we had and my mum who is not able to walk and can’t stand for long periods they were very good and nice to her it makes all the difference when you have good welcoming staff very lovely ladies .
