On arrival to the Dreams store on Oldham, Cheryl came and introduced herself and was very friendly and helpful. Cheryl asked us what we was looking for and showed us all the lovely styles and designs, she did not push us into the purchase and gave us time to look, talk and think about which bed was suitable for us. The delivery was very quick, we thought we would have to wait much longer but Cheryl got us a quick delivery date. The bed arrived on Saturday 13/07/19, the time slot was between 10.45am & 12.45pm, the delivery drivers were 5 minutes late but were very apologetic and polite. They were very clean and tidy and wore covers on their shoes whilst in our house. They built the bed very quick and have done an excellent job. We are very pleased with the finish and the quality of the bed. Our first nights sleep was wonderful as we had been sleeping on a mattress just over a week as we had just moved house. Over all Service Fantastic.

We like the fact we were not bombarded as soon as we entered the store. When we were approached by Rebecca, she was very friendly, asked what we were looking for and if we would like a drink. We weren’t sure about anything other than we wanted a good quality bed. She suggested we try the “Sleep Match” device to determine which type of mattress may be the best. We welcomed that suggestion. She was very patient with my sister and I, very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. We each purchased the Therapur ActiGel Plus Response 3200 D Mattress, to be delivered in 10 days. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and were not rushed at all. We also took advantage of their with zero % financing. Thank you Rebecca. We
