Arrived at the store not really knowing what we wanted. We were assisted very quickly by a very knowledgeable assistant who helped us to find just the right mattress for us. No hard sell just really helpful.

The two ladies were so helpful ,friendly and made the shopping experience amazing,especially as we had already visited two other furniture shops and experienced very mediocre service. Lots of advice available from both and will definitely return and recommend this store to others. My mother who made the purchase is well into her eighties and hates shopping but she really felt welcome and at home because of the staff. Huge thank you !

Arrived in the store and was greeted by a salesman called Kassam, he was very welcoming. He left us to browse in peace for a while which was nice and said he will join us shortly, after a while he came over to ask what brings us into the store, I said I was buying a mattress for my parents and introduced himself to them and took us over the bed that would tell them which mattress they need, in this time it took to run the test he was talking them through what it would do etc, once it had finished the test he told them they need a soft mattress and took us all over to the relevant mattresses and to take their time choosing one, once we found the perfect one he talked us through the pillows and let my parents try them out and we made the purchase, he offered us a cup of tea too which was nice, he was talking us through everything he was doing and what we was getting in a way we would understand. Kassam was fantastic. Will definitely return again and deal with him again. Absolute credit to the store.
