Cheryl was very helpful and knowledgeable and eased our experience of us trying to find a new bed for our new house

Kassan was extremely friendly and easy to deal with. He listened to my requests and remembered me from a previous visit to the store. He wasn’t pushy or dismissive, and didn’t bore me with stories of other customers he’s dealt with or pretend that he has the exact same item at home, in some bid to convince me it’s the right choice! He was knowledgeable about the products, but wasn’t afraid to seek answers from colleagues if he wasn’t sure, instead of winging it in the hope that I am going to believe everything he says. I would definitely return and recommend others to this branch. Well done Kass.

We came to the Dreams shop at Elk Mill in Oldham to find a new bed as this will be my second time buying a Dreams bed. We were given assistance straight away from a lovely guy called Kas, he offered us a drink and talked us through the different options to find out what we were looking for so he laid us down on the Dreams sleep analyser to find out which bed would suit us best, it was great. He then went through the best bed options for us and helped us find our perfect bed. He was very knowledgeable throughout this process and we are happy with our end purchase! We will defenetily recommend Dreams to friends and family.
