The staff were really helpful and accommodating. They gave my 3 year old daughter crayons to colour in, whilst we shopped and made us a cup of tea: they had good knowledge of the products and I actually bought a full bedroom set when I not intended on buying a bed.

When we arrived we were greeted and then given time to browse. Becky looked after us and identified what the best mattress was for us. This very important as I struggle with my back. She gave us time to decide which one we preferred and explained in full what are options were. Excellent customer service thanks for you help Becky 🙂

Store layout very good, staff very friendly and knowledgeable about all matress construction and materials used. Store spotlessly clean.

We had fantastic service the whole time we were there, we were able to use the mattress selecting technology to suggest mattresses for us and then were taken around the store to try each one out. We hadn't intended to purchase anything that day but it made finding a bed and mattress we liked really easy and with the current in-store offer we didn't want to miss out on getting it!

The computer assisted matress evaluator that we were guided to use - help to reassure us that the we were actually looking for the correct type of matress The Dreams colleague who served us, shared the information and indepth knowledge of the products available We were not rushed, we were given time to look and try out the different beds and to consider the various makes, prices and quality of the beds.

Becky the sales assistant was very friendly/ helpful but most of all not pushy for the sale. She gave us time to contemplate our options. Another colleague also assisted entertaining our children with colouring so we could spend the time productively in store making the whole process very easy.
