Excellent costumer service from Cheryl who looked after the needs of myself and my two sons brilliantly. She gave excellent advice and was great at eliciting information about our needs.

After a rotten morning finding we had been burgled I wasnt in the mood for small talk or anything..until we visited the store in Elk Mill near Royton We were greeted by a very friendly lady called Kat as we browsed the beds on the ground floor not sure really as to what to do with ourselves. We explained to her we were looking for a new bed possibly Divan, she was very kind in showing us what the store had to offer as well as some ottoman beds. She explained the 3 step process that they operate in terms of picking the right bed,mattress and accessories and although the Mattress Suitability Machine didnt seem to want to co-operate she coped perfectly well in finding us the mattress we needed without that. It was all very hassle free and would go as far to say a very pleasurable shopping experience rather than a mundane practical one. Having worked out all the cost and what's included not only did we feel we had a perfect deal after Becky put discount on we came away extremely satisfied without the burden of having to get rid of the old bed.

I was made welcome as I worked into the store and the lady new what she was talking about, this I have to say is not the case in other stores

The store assistant Becky was really helpful and knowledgeable. She made choosing a bed and mattress a lot easier than if we had to do it alone. We found a bed for a brilliant price which lead to us making an impromptu purchase as we had originally only gone to browse.

Cheryl was very patient and helpful without being pushy which made the experience much easier for us

Becky was very helpful and considerate, I chose the mattress I wanted then when the machine wasn't busy went on that, only to find out I had chosen well which was very reassuring.
