On arrival in your store we were met by a very pleasant and friendly assistant who, without being pushy, answered our questions and guided us to a product we felt entirely happy with

Found the product we liked very quickly with the help of the assistant. Very reasonable price. Seems to be a very good product for the money.

We were welcomed and given assistance very quickly once entering store. Staff members were not pushy, they just gave great advice about their products and showed us exactly what we wanted. It was very easy to make a purchase and the deals/extras provided were fantastic. I used the sleep match technology and was helped to find the perfect bed for me. Overall the staff were really friendly, I even got a coffee whilst I was there!

The 3 staff in the Oldham store could not have been more helpful. We were purchasing a bed on behalf of a friend who was critically ill in hospital and who,sadly, never made it home as he passed away only days later but the staff were kind, empathetic and attentive and worked well together to get us all the product information and options that we required. They turned a stressful task into something that was actually rather pleasant and fun.

Ikra was very attentive to my needs and was amazing. She is such a valuable asset to the company
