I have been recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and was looking for assistance and advice on what would help me. The staff in the shop helped without being pushy and assisted me when required due to my limited mobility. I was provided with great knowledge and was advised that I could claim back the VAT due to my condition which made it easier for me to afford what I really required.

Staff extremely helpful ,polite and knowlegable. Explained in depth when testing beds One thought when people test beds is both my husband and staff member watch you test the bed I think a good tip for staff to return after they get up as it's difficult when your being watched, she was very courteous and said that was a good idea

The choosing of a mattress was made easier by the sales assistant’s knowledge and attention, and the sleep match machine helped us focus on just eight recommended mattresses. Having the different types of mattresses colour coded also helped.
