The person who served me had great customer service skills and made me relaxed. She also wasn't overbearing so I was given plenty of time and support to make a good choice.

Ikra was very friendly but professional. She spent time understanding our needs and showing us products available. Gave us time to think about our choices and did not pressurise us at all. Informed us of a colouring activity our children could do if they wanted, which was very helpful.

Your staff at the Elk Mill branch in Oldham are a credit to your company, they were patient, honest, informative and helped us make the right decision without being pushy or giving sales spiel. I never leave reviews on anything, but for this it's a must Cheryl and Kat were just excellent.

Friendly and not pushy staff

From the minute we walked in the shop (elk mill) we was met with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere, I knew what bed I was looking for and your sales team knew exactly where it was in the shop, it was no trouble for them to demonstrate the bed (ottoman) and then help me to select the right mattress, overall it was stressless experience and I would highly recommend dreams to family and friends especially the branch where I purchased my new bed.
