The sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Allowed us the time to try the mattresses we wanted to and help us with making the right decision

The way we were not rushed to place an order, the friendliness of the staff and the courtesy awarded to us.

Very happy with service from Cheryl, she gave us a cushion to go round with and asked if we needed any help.

As soon as I entered the store in Oldham Cheryl greeted me and offer to help me. I explained what I was looking for and she took the time to understand what my budget was and the type of Bed I would like. Cheryl demonstrated to me the options available and clearly identified the prices. I explained that the bed would be for my 91 year old father in-law and that I needed as quickly as possible. Cheryl did her best to find the compatible parts for the bed to be delivered on the same date. It was a hot day and Cheryl offered me a cold drink which as really appreciated. IKra, and Becky also help in the searching for the compatible parts to the bed. The team, especially Cheryl was professional, kind and helpful. My bed will be delivered on the 2/10/21. Thank You !!

Because I was given a tailored recommendation for what kind of bed is appropriate for me. I was given the chance to choose from several suitable beds. The staff member was very helpful with recommending the beds, answering any questions and with processing the order fairly quickly. I am glad that she offered me insurance for my bed so that if the were to be any issues with it that it could be sorted out. I am also happy that dreams will help me get rid of the old mattress while delivering the new one at the same time.

I was totally impressed with Iqra, she was very friendly and professional.

The staff member at the Stockport branch called numerous other Dream shops to find an available mattress that I required and asked a member of staff at the Oldham Branch (Elk Mill) to save one so there was one available for me to pick up.
