Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. She respected our need to choose in our own time and was on hand to answer our questions when needed. She had excellent customer service skills and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams Oldham to my friends and family.

The store had connectivity issues with the computers which didn’t allow to place order and sort finance. Staff handled this very well and didn’t give up trying so we could get our order. Spent more time than needed but staff very lovely and offered us a drink whilst we waited.

Although the sale was actioned by Ikra there were three lady assistants altogether and they were all friendly and helpful and I did not feel under any sales pressure which has often put me off in other shops.

since arrived I have been served very well in a good and very detailed manner. This gives me the opportunity to directly select my choice with no confusion or hesitation. Miss Akra was a great customer services representative. I appreciate all the help she has given to us I hope the after sale service will be the same.

College KAT helped me change my perception of what I initially was prepared to purchase (budget £700 ) to almost double that with sound reasoning, tact and extensive product knowledge and demonstration.

From the minute we walked into the store, we were made very welcome. Nothing too pushy or over zealous in trying to sell us a product. Kat was very efficient and knowledgeable of the product.

Fantastic staff who where bery friendly and welcoming when we arrived in store. They had good knowledge of the products available and directed us to appropriate beds. Upon hearing about our bad experience with a competitor the DREAMS staff where very sympothetic and really took there time to understand what we wanted and talked us through every step of the process. I left the store feeling very happy and safe in the knowledge that our bed would arrive when stated with no issues at all.

My partner will have already filled out her card. I will add to this by saying, and I'm aware that I will be repeating her words, that we could not have been more satisfied than we are. Your staff member was considerate, helpful, did not encroach on our space at any time and seemed to have a depth of knowledge that was extraordinary given her short period of time working at your store. (Elk Mill, Oldham). I could not praise her highly enough. And at the same time we also had a very satisfactory cup of tea!

The assistant Kas was very helpful and understanding and showed us a very wide selection of beds in the categories recommended by the sleep selector machine. We left the store feeling we had been given the best service possible.
