The sales person was brilliant. Not too pushy. Answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Overall a satisfying experience. I also bought my previous bed several years ago from Dreams and have been delighted with it.

Cheryl helped me she gave us some pillows to use and we ended up buying them with the mattress we got. She was very helpful and gave us the time and space to think about the purchase.

I went to Dreams because of a specific sheep problem I felt was being caused by my pillow. I could have spent far less in other stores but was looking for technical support and advice. This was completely forthcoming and hopefully the product will deliver!

Was greeted as soon as we walked into the store, the sales assistant was very pleasent and very helpful, even offered us a hot drink whilst going through the order.
