The salesperson was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. The store was emaculate and welcoming

We were greeted by Becky as we entered the store and she asked if there was anything specific we were looking for. Once we had found what we wanted Susie then dealt with our order quickly and efficiently. Both ladies were very friendly and welcoming.

Very friendly staff. Becky was very helpful and patient. Showed me all the products that may benefit me and explained/ showed me how the adjustable bed that I purchased worked. Offered a drink on arrival however didn't feel pressured into buying.

We where treated with respect and for once in a store we where not pestered

I found the sale price really good along with the free pillows. Becky the Sales Assistant at the Elk Mill Store in Royton was incredibly helpful and really easy to deal with. She made the whole process simple and offered us a cup of coffee which was really nice. I found her knowledge helpful and was encouraging without being pushy. All in all a very successful trip and we will definitely be looking in that store again for our next bed purchase.

The assistant at Dreams- Elk Mill - Broadway, Becky was really helpful she gave me time to look around the store. Assisted when needed, explained the different types of beds and mattresses. Helped with alternative options and gave me time to make my decision. She did not pressure me into making my choice and she makes lovely cup of tea.
