excellent customer services spoken to in a friendly kind manner explained all the details offered different options told about offers how to pay on the different scheme show now each bed technology was made and how they work offered drinks and refreshment during the whole purchase shows the delivery dates and explain the whole process

We wanted to order from home (to take advantage of sale prices) but have delivery to our caravan over 200 miles away, two months later. This was very easy to arrange

The sales assistant, Kat, was very warm and friendly, knew her products and helped us without being pushy. We were happy with the quality of the bed and mattress and she sorted out delivery for us swiftly once we had decided. Highly recommended.
