From the moment we stepped in store we were informed of the type of products and guided to what we was looking for. Pillow and refreshments were provided whilst we decided what product we wanted. Staff also informed us what offers were on, on that day. The staff were well informed and didn't pressure or hover over us whilst we were looking. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Once we decided the transaction was informative and smooth. Couldn't ask for better customer service it was outstanding.

The sales assistant spent time showing me a range of products and explaining the different types of mattress and how that are constructed. The checkout process was thorough and I felt able to take time reading through the various documents. The delivery options were good and I was offered the pick-up service for my old mattress without having to ask if this was available
