We just popped in to have a look at the Tempur mattress, we didn’t go in to specifically buy one. The store was bright & well presented a memeber of the service team came over to say hello, not an annoying hello that you can sometimes get in big furniture stores a really pleasant greeting. Becky was super helpful & she said she had only been there a couple of days, if that was the case then Becky has done her homework. She was very knowledgeable about the Tempur product, she explained the benefits of each different mattress & encouraged us to lie on each one bringing over a Tempur pillow to try as well, we ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress & 2 pillows

Rebecca was amazing with helping my girlfriend and I choose what bed we needed and liked. Very polite and knew the products well, which helped us find a durable comfy bed.

I was under the impression that I was getting free bedcover and mattress protector at no time did I ask about these products but told they were free today. My fault I should have checked the invoice on screen more closely was only when I got home and re checked the invoice that I had been charged for the bedcover I would not have bought and paid for a discounted mattress protector. I will definitely scrutinise future invoices it may have been a genuine mistake to add these items at cost But it’s a bad company policy if these items are added without consent

Main reason being the delivery time for divan base I wanted, even when tried to order in different colours etc. Service was fantastic from the member of staff trying to problem solve around this.

Unfortunately the computers were not working correctly which was frustrating for us and the assistant. Although Howard did all he could to sort out the problem.

The selection of headboards isn't great and a bit dated. There wasn't anything on trend, more like what my grandparents would buy.
