The member of staff who dealt with our order was very efficient and helpful.

Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and informative, she offered me water several times and made my visit to dreams enjoyable.

We were assisted by a lovely young lady named Cheryl who treated us with a very friendly professional and knowledgeable manner. We did not feel pressured to buy, rather we were encouraged to take our time and to try different products. The whole experience was made easy and I would have no hesitation in recommending Dreams at Elk Mill in Oldham.

The store was extremely clean, the assistant was friendly and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble for her. The sleep match is an excellent idea to help find the best mattress type

Entered store and was immediately approached by a staff member, helped us with choosing our new mattress on the machine that tests your back. While doing this she kept our baby entertained in the pram then proceeded to show us different mattresses. We chose within minutes and she took us right to the till to proceed. All done and dusted in 20 minutes and so helpful!

Cheryl was amazing when helping me choose my new bed from the elk mill store. She was so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. As she knew it was my first time shopping for a mattress, she was so kind answering all of my questions and making sure I knew exactly what I was buying and why it was the best decision for me. The manager (who’s name I didn’t catch) was also so lovely, and was able to suggest which finance option would be the best to suit me. Thank you both for the assistance, I would recommend this store to any family and friends.
