The girl serving did not have full knowledge,I asked about offers if I was to buy more than one bed and was told there was nothing,I later returned with my son to purchase another bed and he received extra that I was not and the first bed was more expensive

Would have been nice to have known fitting of the bed was chargeable and taking old bed and mattress price quoted changed.

We were given a delivery date by the excellent staff In store on our purchase day, then the following day we received a phone call from head office explaining that they had to change our delivery date. Our original delivery should have been the 28th October but was told we would now have to wait 7 weeks from today the 7th of October. We are not happy that we now have to wait so long

Although the store had only been open for a week or two. It was boxing day they only had 3 staff and a manager. Only the manager could work the system and the finance system and there was only two computers. It was very rushed. The lady that dealt with us was lovely very friendly however she had very little knowledge of the products. We waited around 15 minutes before being sat at a desk where the manager was going through our finance as well as answering the phone and trying to sort an issue with the other desk. They didn't go through delivery with us or assembly of the bed it was just a case of finance done thanks good bye. This was not the staffs fault as I say they where very friendly and apologetic however for boxing day the store needed to be more organised so the staff had time to go through things. Luckily for us we had looked online before coming to store so we knew what bed we wanted it was just a case of which matress. The gentleman on the other desk had been sat there at least half an hour before us and was still there when we left he was very frustrated along with other customers who did voice this in store.

I was most satisfied
