Store assistant very helpful.

Customer service excellent. Sales assistant very helpful & friendly. Very patient, explain all the different types of mattress & beds. Certainly shop at this store again.

Cheryl was excellent, knowledgable and was really helpful answering our many questions.

Everyone in store was very polite, the person who helped us, Howard, not too pushy and provided us with plenty of options as to the mattress that we were after. The overall experience was relaxed and we were given plenty of time to test each mattress to confirm our preference.

Lovely staff, was approach straight away didn’t need to seek staff. She was attentive to our son as well understanding not the most exciting time for a 5 year old and including him by taking an interest. I would recommend family/ friends to visit the store as we were really impressed with the level of service we received

The knowledge of the assistant Howard was very high and we were able to choose the right mattress for our specific needs.

I was greeted straight away and asked what I was looking for. Rebecca, the sales assistant, was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time showing me the various mattresses. She listened to the personal needs of myself and those relating to my husband so she was able to give best advice. I felt safe in the store and it was nice to be offered a bottle of water.

The whole shop had a nicer feel to it than the Harvey’s next door, the staff were friendlier and products looked better. I was served by Cheryl and she was great, she showed me how to use the machine which told me which mattresses would suit me and I selected a really nice one. I would have struggled without her help.

Everything went so smoothly - all my queries were answered to my satisfaction - the delivery time quoted was just right for us - Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.
