Everything went so smoothly - all my queries were answered to my satisfaction - the delivery time quoted was just right for us - Staff were friendly, professional and helpful.

Rebecca was a professional sales person with excellent respect for Covid rules and a great product knowledge, they even offer me a bottle of water, this was really appreciated. What was inportant to me was that she was not too pushy and gave us time to make the correct decision.

Friendly & knowledgeable service from Kathryn. Good customer service from her. Felt safe and happy as she guided us through suitable mattresses.

Our experience at dreams was excellent. Staff very friendly and knew what they were talking about very informative. On arrival we were greeted and offered refreshments and not once were we pressurised to make a purchase

We shopped at Oldham Elk Mill and we were attended to by Cheryl (who was lovely and very helpful) I loved the test bed to determine the best mattress for us, and we told her the price we had in mind and she stuck to our budget and showed us the best value for money. We were offered refreshments and had a pleasant experience.

We were greeted in a friendly and helpful way. Our needs were identified and this resulted in a quick and efficient choice of bed.

The colleague who dealt with us was knowledgeable about the products and where they were in store. She understood our needs and showed us different products that may be suitable. We both commented to each other after, how good she was.

We had lovely customer service from Norma and Norman who were more than helpful during our time in store. Norman got my partner and I into bed as soon as he had chance and used his gadgets to make suggestions on how we might be better off. It was tricky because it was evident from the information provided that I liked it hard and my partner responded better to something less firm. Thankfully Norman was able to mediate and eventually we came together. The whole experience was painless and the team couldn’t have been better. Thanks!

We was made to feel very welcomed into the store we knew exactly what we wanted and the availability of the item we wanted and purchased was already in stock at the warehouse. Me and my partner always thought a mattress was a mattress some was better quality then other... how wrong was we. Before we went any further I can't remember the lady's name however we was asked a couple simple questions and asked to lie on a special bed that analysed your entire body and it picked the right mattress to meet your needs which we was astonished by. All staff members was friendly and very well knowledgeable about the products we required. And not to mention the delivery time. 4days from purchase excellent work in my opinion we are still waiting for a sofa we ordered 16weeks ago. So here's a big thankyou DREAMS and the staff at Elk Mill store Oldham... we shall return in the future for our next purchase
