Great service very knowledgable

The staff were more than welcoming and helpful. Made us feel at ease whilst we were looking around the store and then also, provided a high level of service when purchasing our new bed

I called in the store to purchase tempur pillows no delivery was required

The sales assistant was very helpful and took time to explain the differences between the mattresses we had selected to choose from, then took time to explain the cost of each item on the final bill.

The staff were very accommodating, knowledgeable and approachable. They worked well in the difficult times ensuring we felt safe and cared for during the whole of our visit . It was unfortunate the computer system had a fault but they dealt with this in a professional manner , adapting and overcoming adversity.

Cheryl at the Oldham branch was really helpful, knew her products very well and helped us make what we hope is a great decision when our mattress arrives.

Honestly I was sceptical at first. I’d almost made my mind up to shop online as I like to avoid high pressure sales environments but I was wrong and I’m glad I went into a store. Cheryl was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, approachable and she listened to what I wanted and took my budget into consideration. She took me around the options that best suited my needs and explained the differences whilst I tried them out. I wasn’t expecting to find something in my price range so I was pleasantly surprised that there was several. Cheryl was honest, and rather than trying to get me to buy the most expensive option, she made it clear that my comfort was more important. I narrowed it down to two and she gave me some time to try them out for myself. After a nice conversation I chose a mattress, some pillows and a mattress protector. The order and payment service was quick and simple, and I will be expecting my new mattress in just a few days time. Brilliant service all round and Cheryl made the whole experience hassle free and enjoyable.

Very nice staff and very helpful

Customer service was excellent. Lovely 2 ladies in store. Our sales assistant was highly knowledgable and showed us everything needed to make our choice. Couldnt recommend her highly enough. We just cant wait now for our delivery.
