Kat at Oldham dreams was extremely helpful on the 2 occasions we visited. Very knowledgeable and friendly and we didn't feel any pressure to purchase at the time. Howard was also very friendly when we returned to make the purchase.

I took my 90 year old dad to buy a new mattress. The sales assistant was very helpful and mindful of his needs, the mattress he chose was a fair price and he also bought a pillow whilst he was there. I was aware the as he is at high risk for COVID that the store was not busy and very few people were there and the staff observed social distancing. Overall we were very pleased with our visit and purchase.

Cheryl in the Oldham branch was absolutely outstanding. From the minute we walked through the door she offered her support and expertise. Immediately made us feel at ease and welcome in the store with a small gesture of a simple bottle of water. We then went through the bed analysis machine and we then proceeded to try all of the different mattresses that were recommended. With each mattress Cheryl showed a fantastic knowledge of the range, with a bit of personal opinion in each section, which was very reassuring when making a large purchase. We trusted her opinion and her advice as she was a very loveable and felt more like a family member helping us through a decision. Cheryl is the number one reason we would recommend any friend family or stranger on the street to visit Dreams at Oldham!

The customer service assistant who dealt with us had a very friendly, positive and professional approach. The browsing and ordering process was both very satisfactory and smooth. The level of customer service was exemplary and the team are certainly a credit to the company.

We where greeted as soon as we walked in Howard maintained 2 metre s plus and showed us all the beds that fitted our criteria. Even offered bottles of water as it was really warm he was grate the process was easy and delivery whould have been speedy I had to ask for extra time as building work is still progress and got a date that suited me
