From the moment we entered the store we were pleasantly greeted by the sales staff. Howard looked after us without being pushy and took time to understand our needs. He even offered us a drink or bottle of water whilst we were looking around.

The staff where amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable

I went in looking for a bed for myself and my 3 year old daughter, i didnt want a toddler bed and wanted a bigger one, i was talked through the options by staff who were more concerned about the safety features of the beds and what would be suitable than trying to do the sales pitch! This was really impressive and i would highly recommend!!

Anne at the Oldham store was super friendly and helpful. She was great when it came to explaining the product we wanted and arranging delivery etc. Overall fantastic. Anne is a credit to your Oldham branch.

The lady who served us was on here own, but that didn't stop her greeting us as we came asking if we needed help. She was fast and efficient.

The lady who saw me was very friendly and helpful especially with my disabilities and took the time to chat and explained the different beds. She even asked me to go this machine that would suggest the type off beds. I went to a few stores and the lady at dreams elk mill oldham was by far the best I can't wait for my new bed and it's all thanks to the lovely lady for helping me choose my new bed a big thank you.
