We were greeted on entering the store by Cheryl who gave us outstanding service throughout the process. She encouraged us to participate in the assessment procedure and listened carefully to our needs. She particularly listened to and considered the issues that my husband had due to severe arthritis and slipped disc and allowed us ample time to try out the various recommended mattresses and pillows available. Ordering was quick and professional and delivery punctual an£ COVID safe. After just one night sleeping on our Dreams mattress my husbands pain has decreased immensely and I have had my best nights sleep for a considerable time.

I was approached my Cheryl and explained my needs. As I was looking for a mattress I had no clue on what type to go for. She suggested having ago on the machine that works that out for you. Then she took me to try out different mattress until I found the right one. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy at all which I really liked.
