We really enjoyed the customer service and feel as though it really helped us in being able to pick the eight bed for ourselves. The lady we had only worked weekends due to being at university but still had amazing product knowledge and was so friendly and approachable

The lady who helped us was called Cheryl she asked us a few questions about what we was looking for then advised us to use the sleep machine when we came off she showed us the mattress what was best for us. We loved the tempur one and chose our base we can’t wait for it to arrive. Cheryl was very helpful and told us everything we needed to know lovely lady

Staff very attentive and spent just the right amount of time with me during my visit and also gave me time to think about mattresses. Bottle of water offered part way through the visit which was an added touch. Talked through and taken to each mattress the machine advised to try. Excellent!

We were welcomed by Becky who proved to be extremely knowledgeable about all the products we were interested in. She explained everything carefully and sked for assistance if she could not give us an answer.

My husband came to use the machine to find the right mattress for his bad back and the sales assistant was very helpful in finding the right one. Friendly staff who explained everything.

Suzy from the Oldham store was professional, helpful and knowledgeable Suzy was also very personable and friendly. I had to call into store after my delivery and Suzy and her colleagues were excellent! Thank you Suzy, you're a credit to Dreams :)
