Brilliant quick service

The sales person Susan at the Oldham came across as really friendly and knowledgeable.

This was a visit I’d promised my elderly mum as soon as the shops open I’ll take you to choose a new bed , my mum has been shielding since before the first lockdown in 2020 & was desperate for a new bed so you can imagine how daunting a trip this was for her . On entering the store we were given advice about hand sanitizers that were placed all over the store , all the staff kept a good distance away from us until we’d had a good look around and then a very polite lady came and offered her assistance she was fabulous with my mum , very patient with her she advised her on all the mattress’s and gave us a pillow with some protective covering and also gave my mum a bottle of water , she advised on the product what would be most suitable, she let my mum go back to the same mattress 3 or 4 times to try it and she advised her of the 40 night policy . I felt like we weren’t rushed we were treated with care & consideration and we felt safe with the changes to accommodate customers safely. It was very professional from beginning to end we just hope the products live up to our expectations as new beds are not cheap .

Shopping in Dreams at The Elk on the first day it reopened was a very good experience. Cheryl was very helpful helping us with our choice of bed she was very calm and friendly, giving us all the help and advice we needed to make the right choice of bed.

I tried to order online using a student discount code which wouldn’t work. As the order was for £2500 l, I rang up to see if you could help. The lady completed the order over the phone with the discount code, gave us some advice on the beds we were looking at, and arranged delivery. Over the phone meant we could also pay flexibly with part upfront and part credit order. Great customer service.
