Suzy at the Oldham store was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure placing my order with her. During such difficult times it was very refreshing to speak to someone who was knowledgeable and very friendly. Thanks Suzy, you made my experience hassle free and I felt very reassured

Staff were friendly and helpful, the issue was the it system which crashed half way through the order.

Dealt with Susie completely over the phone. Manager of x (Manchester) branch. Extremely good advice and very personable, a really great sales person and would deal with her again. Not lay on bed but I'm hoping it will be perfect, took comfort that if not i can change to a different mattress within a timescale once lockdown over ! I can see why her store was Store of the year. 10/10

Quick easy and great customer service

When I recently went in store to choose a new mattress, the staff at the Elk Mill Oldham store, I believe named Katherine and Cheryl were incredibly helpful and professional. They took all of my needs into account, showed me options in different price ranges and helped me pick compatible products such as pillows and mattress protectors. They also informed me of the website and sleepal app and products to look into

Staff member Cheryl was knowledgable and showed us all the recommended mattresses and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. Felt store was Covid-safe and pleased with delivery booking and service to take old mattress away

Friendly staff ( Cheryl) was very helpful when needed and also gave us time on our own to decide
