Hand sanitisers at doors as I entered, met by store colleague who asked if she could help, told her what I was looking for and was directed straight to it. Once I had seen what I wanted, a gentleman gave me information on the product then led me downstairs to show me a mattress then led me to a desk. Was offered water whilst there which I thought was really nice as wearing a mask can make you feel quite thirsty. Ordering and delivery date couldn't have been easier and even got a delivery date I could choose. Staff very friendly, store immaculately clean. Whole process quick and easy without feeling pressured. Never been to DREAMS before but would certainly recommend and visit again
