Howard was fantastic, very informative, friendly and helpful!! The store was spotless and they took care of our needs, very happy with outcome.

For many years I have had problems with my back and so wanted a Matt that would ease the pain so I could have a good night's kip.The staff in the shop were very helpful and listened to me with great patience. I now hope to have many nice painfree night's sleep.I have a question for you can I use a mattress protector on my new Matt just to absorb sweat.

Although the store did not have the mattress in store but the assistant new exactly the mattress I was interested in as seen online she went on line and ordered it for me and showed me another mattress they had in store was apparently similar to the one I wanted so was able to test its comfort. Very helpful she was.

Cat and Rebecca were lovely in their customer service. Making sure we were well hydrated due to the upper floor being warmer, helping us with bed choices and being warm and friendly really sold Dreams to us. Thank you both! :)

I did see the bed online at first but it’s easy face to face we seen the one we wanted when we arrived we was able to look at it and yeast it a lovely young girl came to see if we was ok and she was very friendly and good new what she was on about even tested which mattress was best for the both of us thanks
