I did see the bed online at first but it’s easy face to face we seen the one we wanted when we arrived we was able to look at it and yeast it a lovely young girl came to see if we was ok and she was very friendly and good new what she was on about even tested which mattress was best for the both of us thanks

We were greeted very politely and made to feel totally at ease by Cheryl. We had never heard of the technology used to best assess your mattress needs and she explained it fully with terminology we completely understood. We didn't feel under any time pressure whilst trying several mattresses out and when we had questions they were answered fully and politely.
