I knew the item I wanted before I entered store, but was pleased with the helpfulness and knowledge that staff showed during my visit.

Cheryl at the oldham branch was so lovely, really good customer service and she was great with our two four year olds (who didnt want to come boring bed shopping) Her knowledge was second to non on the products which really helped us in making a decision. Ivr always bought my beds online but i woule highly recommend going to dreams from now on

We were greeted on arrival and asked if we need help. At the time we didn't so browsed around the store checking some of the beds out. Then the sales guy approached us ( cant remember his name ). He explained about all the different mattress and the science behind it. He asked if we had time to go on the bed that tells you what is best for you. That was great because it narrowed down what we wanted.The sales guy couldn't do enough to help even given us pillows to use while we tested the beds.

From entering the store to leaving after placing our order, the staff where very friendly. Cheryl who greeted us was warm, friendly and very knowledgeable with regards to our needs. She explained the various bed options and showed us the bed we were looking for, she even showed us a different bed in the fabric we wanted as the bed we wanted was in a leatherette finish not fabric.

when i walked in i was greeted with a very friendly sales assistant called rebecca she asked me questions and was very helpful and directed me where i could find what i want
