The friendliness of the staff highly informative of the products purchased did her best to get us the best deal and delivery slot.

I suffer from a back injury and felt as though someone was listening to what I needed for a nights sleep. Everything was well explained from how the measuring equipment works to what may be the right mattress. We were taken to the mattress the Assistant had in mind and she was spot on. No pushing for us to buy. Just a fantastic experience. Will recommend.

Was given ample amount of time to test and try the correct mattress for me. Kathryn at the elk mill store was great! Didn’t rush me, wasn’t forced into anything. Gave me all the time I needed. Product knowledge was great! Started from the very beginning with getting the correct mattress by using the sleep matching camera/machine. Was a really good shopping experience and was happy to purchase a number of items due to the service.
