We were greeted on arrival but not pressured. Assistance given when asked for and when we did have assistance the sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store felt safe and clean with all precautions taken to ensure the customers and the staff are safe.

Served by Becky at the Oldham (Elk Mill) branch. Friendly and knowledgeable..did not pressure me and gave me plenty of time to try various products to suit my needs. Covid regulations explained in a friendly manner without the usual belligerence experienced in other establishments. Very satisfied with my shopping venture at Dreams.
