We visited twice, on the first visit we were encourage to try Sleepmatch, as we had no idea what we were looking for. Ikra then advised us on the types of mattresses best suited to us. We were drawn to two of the Tempur Elite, the firm and medium. Due to the cost involed we went away to consider. On returning 2 weeks later Ikra remembered us and assisted once again, whilst we decided which mattress to purchase. She was highly knowledgable but did not push us, which we appeciated and offered us water as obviously we had to wear our masks throughout.

Lovely customer service. Made sure we were safe during the whole process, she changed to a face shield upon request, Due to needing to lip read. Offered water, tissues, showed us plenty of options regarding mattresses.
