Lovely customer service. Made sure we were safe during the whole process, she changed to a face shield upon request, Due to needing to lip read. Offered water, tissues, showed us plenty of options regarding mattresses.

The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable on all of the products in the store. Her attention allowed us to have time to discuss privately but was also attentive when we needed her. It felt like it was honest advice.

We entered the store and there was a sanitation station which we used. We was then greeted by Becky at the Oldham store who was amazing! She showed us the mattress guide which we used and is was fabulous she then took us round all the mattress which were the best for us. She didn’t push us into anything she stepped back to let us try the products in our own time and was there again when we needed her she was brilliant! We got the perfect mattress, divan and headboard and then she asked but didn’t push us into looking at the extras and we bought pillows and a duvet! When we sat down to purchase she was brilliant she went over everything so we knew what all the pay

My reason for visiting Dreams was to look for 2 beds and 2 mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble for Becky. She asked intelligent questions to ascertain my needs and ensured that I had ample opportunity to view a variety of beds and mattresses. She arranged for me to use the "mattress machine" so that the mattresses I viewed were matched to my requirements. The whole process was much less of a trial than I had envisaged thanks to Becky. (I hate shopping)! I'll certainly be back at Dreams when the need arises.
