Good clear instructions relating to COVID19 etc. Approached Becky for assistance and she was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I was offered a bottle of water. My reason for visiting Dreams was to look for 2 beds and 2 mattresses. Nothing was too much trouble for Becky. She asked intelligent questions to ascertain my needs and ensured that I had ample opportunity to view a variety of beds and mattresses. She arranged for me to use the "mattress machine" so that the mattresses I viewed were matched to my requirements. The whole process was much less of a trial than I had envisaged thanks to Becky. (I hate shopping)! I'll certainly be back at Dreams when the need arises.

I was served fairly quickly as soon as staff available. She took my quote and placed the order and explained the payments methods clearly

Me and the wife had look around and staff were there to make sure we was ok. And when we found a bed they recommended a mattress to go with to suit our needs. And we tried out a cple before deciding on one to go with bedframe we wanted.
