Service was great during covid and was asked if wanted a drink no other shops do this.

Kat gave us excellent service. She listened to our needs and identified options we could choose from. We used the sleep analyser and Kat used the data to help us choose the correct mattress. She discussed ‘side sleeper’ mattresses that suited our budget and allowed us to see other products that matched the mattress, e.g. ‘side sleeper’ pillows. Kat explained the need to be cautious re COVID and maintained social distancing. I would definitely ask for her service again.

We were approached on entering the store and asked if we needed help, we were happy to browse on our own but when we approached Becky for advice she was brilliant. She suggested we used the machine to find the mattress that was right for us, and was really helpful. She suggested lots of options and was happy for us to try lots of different mattresses.
