Our experience within the Elk Mill store, Oldham, was second to none. The customer service we received from KAT was Polite, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Kat was also very approachable. It was nice to visit a store without feeling pressured into buying. We would recommend a visit to this store anytime. We look forward to receiving delivery of our new bed in October, we would have liked it sooner but understand the current Covid19 situations delaying this. Antony and Danielle
