we were served by Kat, who was very friendly, very informative and knowledgeable, made us feel at home, explained in detail regarding your process regarding Corona19 safe guarding. explained about each mattress that my son (who we were in buying a mattress for) was matched to. there was no heavy sell , all very relaxed. will be back for a mattress for myself,once i've saved up enough money - who knew matresses were so expensive. :-)

Becky who served us came straight to assist us and help us. I had previously been on my own approx 4 weeks ago and returned today with my partner, becky remembered me straight away and the mattresses i had liked. We had an idea of bed frame and becky was very helpful showing us the different colours we could have.
