I have never visited a dreams store before. I had rang to see if the mattress I wanted was in stock, it was and the lady explained that the store was open until 7.00pm. This is great when working. I went to the store, the Lady was welcoming, friendly and explained social distancing without being over the top. She gave us some tissue to try out the mattress and left us to discuss, she never abandoned us whilst serving others and explained everything with clarity and knowledge. She also did not try and oversell us things we did not want but did explain additional things we may be interested inas we are looking to Purchase a bed in the not to distanst future.
