We came in store as we have not been happy with the last mattress we bought (Eve). It was too firm, but we didn't want to go too soft as suspect this would be bad for our backs. We came in to try the sleep match machine. We were a bit worried that it would just be a gimic but it came out that we needed a medium mattress and after trying a few in-store this feels right for us. Ikra was really attentive and helpful but gave us space when we needed it to talk and revisit beds. She understood what we were looking for and also was mindful of our concerns about some of the prices, ultimately she helped us find the mattress that struck the best balance between comfort and price. She also made sure we were aware of the 40 days we have to ensure it is definitely right, and prices for any extras we may want to consider. On top of this, she was friendly and we enjoyed our time talking to her.
