Staff were very friendly and knowledgable very polite. Excellent social distancing performed and sanitising constantly. The staff are going above and beyond they are a credit to the dreams team especially the lady who we dealt with will definately contnue to use as this is a repeat visit

Kat was a fantastic help - very thorough, very understanding of what we were looking for and very knowledgeable. It was great to be able to use the machine to help us decide which mattress we needed. Overall, we had a great experience and will be using dreams again-thank you.

Firstly came into Oldham Store and was assisted by Kat who was polite, friendly, approachable and listened to what we wanted. She displayed a high level of understanding and knowledge about your companies products and supported us in choosing the right bed for us. We didnt want it right away and was assisted via telephone by Suzie and Rebecca. These two ladies helped with all our queries and concerns and displayed all the same qualities that Kat had done. Well done team Oldham. You are amazing and a credit to your company. Dreams are lucky to have such high quality staff. From the outset of my visit the assistant (Cheryl) was extremely helpful especially with outlining the COVID -19 processes and safety precautions in store which reassured me and helped me to comply. She offered to show me round but I preferred to shop on my own so she kindly provided bed and pillow covers and recommended I lay on the beds to try them out fully. She was attentive and provide useful information and guidance without being invasive. I decided fairly quickly on a bed mattress and what sealed the sale was the fact that it included free delivery and removal of the old mattress. Cheryl included a free pillow which was very kind. Delivery was organized and I was impressed that it was so efficient. I trued the new mattress last night and was impressed
