Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I really like Enterprise! I love that they will come to you to either pick you up or drop u off! However I will say that I am disappointed in the way they clean the vehicles. For example, I previously was a resident in the state of Illinois, and I now reside in Indianapolis. between the 3 different locations I've been to in Illinois and the one here in Indianapolis, the cars I have received have all been poorly cleaned. It's like the car was just rinsed off, they clearly didn't clean underneath the seats since we found a receipt the previous renters hotel stay and Jimmy Johns napkins under them! Plus, the windows were so dirty it was insane! The gentlemen in the facility were great though. Very friendly and warm, inviting personalities. Just make sure you guys work on the overall cleanliness of the cars before you rent them to the next person.

You guys have to do better when it comes to cleaning the vehicles. I love using Enterprise because k believe in the company and I've always had great experiences. However, when you wash a xar, you need to dry it off and clean the inside better. Clean the inside windows, and check under your seats. I've always had the same issue with the ugly water spots all over because no one wipes them down real quick. And mind you that's after going to multiple different locations in different cities and different states!
