Chloe our hostess was very attentive and helpful. She made it easy to have a good time. We loved how she walked us through from check in till the end of the party. I was impressed by her attention to detail excellent job Chloe

The whole experience was wonderful. I received emails about 2 days before the party and a phone call. We ended up getting to the park early and we were able to check in a little early. Getting the party checked in was awesome and well organized. Letting the kids know what was going to take place was nice so they knew. Making sure the kids knew the rules. It was just very well put together. I only have "big" parties for my kids on their 10th and 13th birthdays and this was by far the easiest and well organized party of the 5 parties I've done. Thank you! My son had such a wonderful 10th birthday party!

Kids really enjoyed the venue. The location was convenient to all participants. And it was easy to make the arrangements. The staff was well informed. All of the staff members were helpful.

The gentleman working with us was amazing. He was super helpful, and knew a lot about sky zone. He answered all questions and was very polite. Give him a raise!

The staff were patient and pretty well organized. There were a lot kids running around, but we did not experience any problems and everyone had a great time. Our host, Bianca, kept checking to make sure that things were going smoothly.

Alison, our party planner at the Columbia MD location, was truly exception and a joy to work with. She was very attentive to our needs, always monitoring the flow of the party and consistently refilling our drinks. Two things stand out: 1. Alison helped to pull off a total surprise for my 18 year old by going along with the diversion plan directing my daughter to go upstairs in the loft to pay for the fake 1/2 off seasonal passes she was sent to buy for me. My daughter had no idea and was in tears. 2. We had 5 additional unexpected kids show up and without a hitch, Alison accommodated and adjusted the food order automatically to ensure we had plenty to eat. Alison is amazing and was an outstanding representative of Sky Zone.

The kids had a great time. The staff were pleasant and the facility was clean. We were lucky to visit during a quiet time so our group had the lots of availability in the different areas.

Jasmine was SO NICE, the website to book the party was really easy and took such a short about of time. Finally, at the birthday party, it was just so organized and made me not stress out. Thanks!
