The staff was very friendly. Its an overall fun concept. There were not too many jumpers.

Brandon our Party Coordinator was very helpful, he was there when we needed him, and left us alone at the appropriate time! Thanks for all your help Brandon, Kaylee had fun at her party!

The only change that I would recommend would be the amount of time allotted in the party room. 40 minutes to eat pizza and cake is a little rushed. I understand turn over, but it would be nice not to feel so much pressure to get finished eating pizza and then hurrying to sing happy birthday and eat cake.

As a host, I think more time should be allowed for parties. Maybe an hour and a half of activity and an hour and a half in the party room. The experience did feel rushed. I also think the number of jumpers per package should’ve increased (by at least 5).

We had Amilli as our party host at Skyzone Columbia in Maryland. She was super organized and extremely solicitous. I didn’t have to worry about a thing except getting pictures of daughter and her friends. In addition to all of that she was extremely professional.

The ease of being able to book via text was super convenient for my busy schedule. I’m terrible with names but our host was great!!
