The Party host was excellent, very friendly to all my guests, kid friendly, very respectful, very active, on point & very informative. The staff that wasn't working with the party that was working the front desk was more focused on each other than helping.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Cullen was our host and he rocked!... Thank you for a great day!

I don’t know if Skyzone invests in its employees, but I HIGHLY recommend that someone considers Toni for a management position or an opportunity to intern at Corporate. Toni, the coordinator for my party, was so attentive, well spoken and articulate! From the hand shake, eye contact and delivery of SkyZone’s policies and procedures, Toni made me (and my party participants) feel right at home!

The party host was very friendly and attentive. He explained the party and all activities included in depth. The party room was decorated to my liking with my decorations I provided. The facility was clean and overall a great experience for the children as well as the parents. Great experience and Good value!

Booking the party was a breeze the friendly guy that helped was very knowledgeable and helped me get the most for my money. The free invitations were perfect. The call to confirm was great info and helpful.

Planning the Birthday party online was very convenient. Called into add jumpers and Alex was very polite and had to text the phone number provided and that was convenient as well as a call to myself. Check in was easy and overall everyone really enjoyed them selves.
