My host Toni went above and beyond to help with the party . Kids had fun exploring different areas . The party are was nice and large .

Lindsey the birthday party host was exceptional. However I wish I had more time to set up the room as well as more time to enjoy the birthday party in the room.

Nicole was great, knowledgeable and personable. Kids enjoyed the party & everyone had a good time. As the organizer I was impressed with the attentiveness to detail with setup and the efficiency.

The kids had a great time. Nobody wanted to leave so that means it was good! Easy to book, simple process, no hassles, no problems.

The party room and restrooms were not clean. The kids had a great time, but no rules were explained, nor were they told where they could go and not go. Checkout took too long, I assume because a tip wasn’t pre added to the total. Longer jump time and less party room time would make booking the party a better value.
