Party staffs were excellent and helpful. Manager answered all my questions promptly and professionally via email. He personally checked in with me and everything was fine on the day of party which was impressive. I highly recommend Skyzone.

I was not aware that Skyzone was celebrating it's 15th anniversary on the day that I booked the party or I would have booked another day. it was very crowded. I would have liked notice. Also, The packages have changed. They cut the number of guests you can invited by half and then have to pay for each additional guest. A private dodgeball court was not included in my package like it was before. I was told that since they have gotten other attractions it is not included and was $50 to add. My son and his friends don't really want to do anything but play dodgeball and the court was extremely crowded. It was very disappointing. It makes me think twice about booking another party.

It was a little plane in the party room, i thing you can offer a little more for the price.

I felt as though the price paid for the party was a bit expensive and not worth it. In the future I would consider just paying for tickets for the jumpers and then having pizza at the house instead.

Areas were over crowded. The age limit for ninja warrior course should be raised higher than 6 due to injuries of the smaller kids.

Wasnt allowed to set up til 240 and the party before us ran over but my qhole party was rushed.

Restroom and part room cleanliness was lacking. The floors were sticky and the trash from the previous party had not been removed. Some of the associates seems to enjoy socializing more than customer support. You also need a system for children to stay connected to parents. I witnessed a boy about 2 years old crying at the entrance and the staff just stood there looking at him. I had to ask if they could call overhead for his guardian because he has obviously been separated from the adult he came with. The adult arrived prior to them ever attempting to locate her.

Birthday room time limit was not sufficient. One of our guests hurt her arm & when asked for ice was told that an injury report had to be filled out first. That was not acceptable! Turns out it is broken & needs surgery. Ice should have been given first, then injury report.

It was a little expensive. It was very crowded. Overall, it was good.

I WAS highly satisfied with my experience because my party host rocked. She acted like a member of the family decorating and pointing clueless adults in the right direction. I am so thankful for this because my 2 hours of sleep would not allow me to be Wonder Woman. I will definitely be back and the 20 children are still talking about how much fun they had. Top Notch Party through and through
