There were too many people for open jump which resulted in our birthday party kids not being able to use certain areas.

3 different hosts helped me. A little confusing. First host who helped me didn't know I reserved a dodgeball court for party. This resulted in a late start in the court which meant a loss of 10 minutes of time for participants since this was reserved for first 30 minutes of party. 2nd host who was supposed to be original party host came and said she would be checking in with me but didn't. Maybe she couldn't find me? I did get a 3rd host though. He wasn't aware of what the 2nd host told me regarding my bill. He did however make adjustments. Last host forgot to give me free shirt for birthday kid which was a part of the package. I did however receive when the next day when I requested it. But that resulted in a 2nd trip to the facility. Everyone was nice, but things were a little confusing with 3 host not all communicating with each other. Maybe they were, but they seemed like they didn't.
