Our host DiAnna(I may be mistaken on her name), was extremely courteous, extremely helpful, and an incredibly fun and friendly person. She was the primary reason we had a great time she guided us where we needed to go and answered any question we have. We had a problem where a boy was causing issues with my daughter and then my son, that was quickly resolved by DiAnna. I cannot express how helpful she was in the whole day.

Diana, our party coordinator, was exceptional. She and other staff members ensured that every detail of our event was a success. She was very kind and professional. The kids (and adults) had a blast! I would highly recommend celebrating a birthday at Skyzone in Westlake.

I have three children and I’ve scheduled lots of birthday parties at lots of different places over the years, but my party host, Christian, that I had yesterday at sky zone in Westlake during our birthday party was by far the best party host I have ever had. He was fantastic. I’m already considering booking another birthday party there in April for my son.

Prizes are high for little jump time. But our host was excellent and the place was clean. All workers had great customer service

Dianna was a really great party leader, everyone had a great time. Kids all had a wonderful time and appreciated everything.

Ariana was amazing, she made sure we had everything we needed. She was extremely kind and helpful. She definitely took into consideration that most of our kids were 6 and under and she had the dodgeball court blocked for our kids to jump which was awesome!

Collin our host - amazing with the kids and handled the party - FABULOUS I relaxed and enjoyed myself the entire time with Party of 15

The start was excellent, especially Ross our party host who was so good with the kids. It was nice that we did not have to bring anything (food, party favors, etc.). Made it very easy to have the party.

Loved our host. He made all the kids in the party have a good time and really was accommodating to all of our needs.
